I was introduced to the insurance industry in 2010 in Victoria, where I spent the majority of my growing up years. My father was in the Air Force (better not call me an Army Brat!) so we moved around considerably the first 13 years of my life. Victoria is charming, but when the opportunity to transfer to Vancouver arose, I jumped at the chance and immediately fell in love with this city. I met Darrell in 2013 through his son Malcolm. One day Darrell asked me: ‘When are going to come and work for me?’ and I told him ‘Tomorrow’.  We both thought the other was joking.

Over an 8-month period we continued to talk to ensure the move was not only right for each of us, but also for the ES3 Advisory team. My passion for client care is what attracted me to ES3 and the Evolution Strategies Team. I take great pride in providing extraordinary service. Having worked for 25 years in Client Service fields, I find caring for clients very rewarding. Here we build lasting relationships; we don’t simply walk away after a policy is signed. ES3 empowers me to offer the highest quality service. Guiding our clients through a strategic and individualized process and helping them at each step is what I get to do every day.

Walking and exploring Vancouver (my husband and I fall in love with it every time we step out our door – of course it doesn’t hurt that we live right across the street from Stanley Park), dreaming of another Redskins Super Bowl ring (one of these days the team’ll be done rebuilding), visiting our grandchildren, and vacationing on sunny, warm beaches
