After a decade turning wrenches as an automotive mechanic, I was introduced to the insurance industry by managing a mechanical breakdown warranty claims team for 8 years. I’ve always been proactive and challenge-seeking, so during my final semester of the Executive MBA at Simon Fraser University I felt it was time to take a risk and leave the automotive industry.
The stars aligned and I landed at ES3 Advisory where I enjoy each day with my “professional edginess” that allows me to be my best self. I have the privilege of running the business behind the scenes, allowing the E-Teams to focus on what they do best – advising and servicing our clients.
Refusing to stay within the confines of the proverbial box, I always challenge the status quo, so ES3 and I have proven to be a perfect fit. Where else would I get to disrupt complacency, be a forward thinker, play to my strengths and put my diverse experiences to work?
While each member of the ES3 Team is an exceptional individual, we all have one thing in common: our shared values. We care, we are respectful, we are advocates, and we offer peace of mind. By understanding and appreciating the benefits of the right insurance for your needs, we look after what matters most to you – the people you care about.
