After 10 years in the insurance industry, I was ready to give it all up and explore some new horizons. As fate would have it, I was persuaded to join ES3 in 2003, after satisfying some of my travel bug. (Although, I am still trying to figure out how to make travelling a career!)

I work with our large business partners accounts from service to reporting to research. I like to think of myself as an extension of their HR team. What I enjoy most about my job is the people, and more particularly, solving problems. First, because it gives me an excuse to ignore my own, and second, because I love creating solutions that fit together like the pieces of a puzzle built specifically for the client.

I come from a great big family where we always encouraged each other in everything. That’s why I think I fit in so seamlessly at ES3; there are many parallels between my work and family, including the fact that, no matter what, I am supported in everything I do.
