“Trial by fire” is how I would describe my introduction to the insurance industry! I moved back to Vancouver in 2014 after spending four years in Bloomington, Indiana as an NCAA student-athlete swimming for the Hoosiers.
Hanging up the cap and goggles, I brought my team-oriented, results-focused self to the corporate world. After working in the recruitment industry for just over a year, I started looking for a new and exciting challenge that would connect into the health benefits sector and it just so happened that ES3 had a position to fill. I connected with Darrell and joined ES3 Advisory (pleased they were willing to take a risk on a young up-and-comer).
I may be just a “newbie” to the world of insurance but it turns out to be a perfect match. As an athlete I learned the value of setting goals, developing plans and driving towards results, all skills I get to exercise every single day advocating health and health benefits at ES3.

Zealous, positive, genuine

My parents, Ann and Wally, because they find a reason to love each other every day, they’re strong, authentic and, dare I say it, pretty damn cool. They make each other better.
Hot yoga, spinning, running half marathons, dancing, and everything in between (some would call me a fitness junkie!), collecting unique greeting cards – and none of that Hallmark stuff, cooking and whipping up tasty cocktails
