Anyone who knows me would undoubtedly describe me as “a people person”. I have always been passionate about helping people and I find great reward in building relationships with people from diverse backgrounds. Given my dedication to helping others, it made perfect sense to begin my career in Human Resources. My HR roles in both the pharmaceutical and trades industries allowed me to personally witness the positive impact health benefits had on individuals and their families. I was excited at the opportunity to join ES3 Advisory as a Service Associate with the Employee Strategies Team. Having been in the shoes of a Benefits Administrator, I have a unique perspective on the needs of clients and their employees.

At ES3 I’m encouraged to be creative, to make positive change, and to grow by continuously learning. I believe everyone has the ability to make a difference in their community and ES3 encourages me to dedicate myself to helping others both professionally and personally.
